Honor buckles up for a new ‘epic’ release at CES 2017

Honor China may be jolly with their new Honor Magics, but Honor USA also has some surprises in store. They’ve just outed a teaser of a new device that they plan to announce at CES 2017. What this new device is however is still a mystery (which it should be).

The teaser features the words ‘Double or Nothing’, which we can only assume indicates a dual camera. Under that is the date and venue of the launch, CES 2017 at Las Vegas. And above it, we’ve got Honor playing hip with #newhonor.

Gizchina News of the week

The teaser claims the device launching will be a new Honor device, though it’s also possible it’ll be a US launch for the Honor Magic. That device also features dual cameras, and it’s a device that would help Honor compete in the US market.

As of now, the only Honor devices in the US are the Honor 8 and Honor 5X, which aren’t the most innovative of devices. Something like the Magic would really help them stick out from the crowd and works with the ‘epic’ tagline they’re using. Though the prospect of a new device exclusively for the US market would also work well in their favor.

What do you think Honor has in store for CES next year? Are they just going to launch the Honor Magic, or will there be a new device ready? Tell us your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.
