According to a recent survey that was carried outĀ by the Global network of global public opinion survey centre, it seems that Huawei has been named as the favoriteĀ brand in the country. Note that the survey was about all types of domestic brands, not only telecom related, or manufacturer’s only and on thisĀ entire domestic brands spanning Huawei came far ahead with 51.3%!

SF was second with 33.99% and Gree (also known for its smartphone division among others) came third withĀ 37,3%.Ā Haier and Midea completeĀ the top 5 with 37.1% and 28.4% respectively. If we’re to check this list for contestants relating to the smartphone industry then Lenovo comes 6th, closely followed byĀ social media giant WeChat, and finally, e-commerce platforms TMall.com, Taobao and Jingdong (JD.com).
One of the findings of this survey suggests that Huawei is indeed extremely popular in the country thanks to its innovative role in the telecoms industry, with significant presence in several sectors such asĀ mobile phones, wearables, tablets, broadband devices and home devices. Let’s not forget also that Huawei’s Smartphone Division is already 3rd in the world when compared to global competition!
