Bluboo S1 ditching the 3.5mm jack, offering Dacom wireless BT headset

Bluboo S1

With the start of the presale for the highly anticipated Bluboo S1 model on July 10th the chinese manufacturer just announced a stratetegic cooperation with Dacom and the imminent joint release of the waterproof Bluetooth headset. It lines up perfectly with the S1 release, because the phone is following the modern trend of ditching the 3.5mm headphone jack in favor of the USB Type-C port even for audio.

The Dacom headset will be offering an in-ear structure to isolate the environmental noise interference and independent cavity design to reduce the distortion. It’s equipped with Bluetooth and will be able to get it for a special promo price of $9.99 with the purchase of the Bluboo S1. First come first serve basis only as it’s limited only to 500 pieces.

      WTF! $202.99! Where is $1??.99 ?

Gearbest seems to be a crappy “official” reseller. It also increased the maze alpha presale price, two days before the official presale ended.

Anyway we should probably wait for some solid reviews before buying.
This phones seems to have the same flaws like the other mix clones like No 5Ghz wifi and No NFC.

Maybe they included the Bluetooth earphone in that price…!? 😀
Otherwise, not that ‘crappy’ compared to others. Anyway, they f*cked up with Maze: they cancelled my order without warning, and now they are sorry for their mistake bla bla…

          Νο bluetooth. just increased price.
          Package Contents
          Cell Phone: 1
          Power Adapter: 1
          USB Cable: 1
          Other: 1 x Type-C to 3.5mm Headphone Adapter

I agree, they used to be reliable. I’ve purchased several items, mostly tablets from them, but they tend to make (un?)intentional mistakes more often nowdays.
