Rumoured to launch in the coming weeks this month, the Oppo A79 press render and specs have leaked. Previously, the A79 leaked on TENAA confirming the design and core specifications of the smartphone.
The latest leak shows the Oppo A79 in all its glory. The phone features a full screen display with thin bezels across, with the fingerprint scanner on the back right below the camera setup. Oppo first introduced the all-screen design on the F5, and looks like it is set to follow the trend for the upcoming smartphones too. The A79 has a sleek form factor, with the all screen display allowing for a high screen-to-body ratio. The right side of the frame houses the power button whereas the volume keys lie on the left side. The A79 does not skip on the 3.5mm jack beside which lies the USB Type-C port.
On the spec front, the Oppo A79 is reported to feature a 6.01-inch display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080p. Under the hood might lie the MediaTek MT6763T chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM. In the camera department, the A79 is expected to feature a 16MP rear and a 16MP front camera. The battery on this will reportedly be a 2,900mAh unit. Current rumors put the price of the A79 at 2,399 Yuan, with the date of launch being pegged as November 30, but no information regarding the same has been disclosed by Oppo.
