The Mate 10 Pro breaks Western Europe pre-order records says Huawei

Huawei isn’t always the best seller in the West, but things may be turning around for them. The company claims that the Huawei Mate 10 Pro has broke records for smartphone pre-orders in Western Europe. They’ve also surpassed their pre-order target by more than 100%.

The Mate 10 Pro was unveiled on October 16 and sales in the UK began a month later at a price of £770 or so, though it has fallen to £700 since. If Huawei is to be believed, this means people went crazy for the Chinese flagship as soon as this happened.

Gizchina News of the week

The Mate 10 Pro is expanding swiftly into other countries right now. It’s been launched in most Asian countries at this point, and a US launch should just be around the corner. We’re looking forward to what Huawei’s future holds for them, as well as how well they hold when they land in the US.
