Along with the hundreds of notorious brands we find at MWC, there are also dozens of smaller ones you’ve probably never heard of. Among them, we’ve been impressed by iLA, a Shenzen-based company that brought lots of interesting devices at the event. Here we have a look at the iLA Silk; keep reading!

The iLA Silk is a low to mid-range handset powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

The smartphone features a really appealing – although not too original – design with a 5.7-inch FullHD+ 18:9 display coated in 2.5D glass surrounded by relatively thin (for the range) bezels, meanwhile on the back we find two rear shooters of 13MP and 2MP resolution to grab photos with a nice bokeh effect. They also didn’t skimp on the selfie snapper which sports an high res 16MP image sensor.

There is Xiaolajiao (also known as little pepper) behind iLA, so it’s not your average obscure brand, they have a reputable company behind them.
If they start flooding the market with budget SD phones, they will definitely get their nice niche of users.
