New leaked renders of the HTC U12 have surfaced yesterday suggesting an interesting new look of the phone. The HTC U12 will be the flagship of the company this year with some rumours suggesting that there will be just one flagship from the company.

Looking at the front screen in the above renders, we can see the placement of the dual front cameras. It suggests that HTC will not follow the herd of Android phone makers opting to put a notch on their phones thankfully. The other interesting detail is the rear side which has a glossy texture. That is to be expected since the U11 had some stunning liquid glass designs. There is a horizontal dual camera setup at the back sitting on top of a fingerprint reader.

There is a spec-sheet as well that was leaked alongside the above two images. Taking a look at the sheet below, we’re shown some very compelling features like a 12MP rear camera with f/1.5 aperture, IP68 water resistance, Quick Charge 4+ and a lot more.
The core of the phone will include the Snapdragon 845, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. If this leak is correct, the HTC U12 will carry a 5.5-inch Quad HD+ display.

As for pricing, sources suggest the handset to be in the region of 6,000 Yuan or very close to the Galaxy S9+ price.
