Motorola One with glass build is spotted in the wild, to launch alongside One Power

Since the last month, we’ve been hearing and seeing a number of leaks and reports regarding the Motorola One Power, the company’s upcoming Android One smartphone. The One Power will be another smartphone to embrace the notch, and also will be the first Motorola’s step in a different design language. Today, a new leak, suggests that the Lenovo-owned company is preparing another Android One smartphone to debut alongside the One Power and Moto Z3.

The new device should be dubbed as Motorola One and looks identical to the One Power that has previously leaked, however, it has some subtle changes in the design such as glass build, making this a more refined and premium smartphone. When it comes to the device display, it brings a design that equally matches the Motorola’s One Power. Furthermore, we can see the same aluminum frame of One Power, but instead of a USB Type-C port, we have a standard micro USB port, what is simply shocking. Despite the design that mimics a premium smartphone, the connector should indicate that this will be the cheaper of the duo of Android One smartphones.

Moving to the bottom seems that the Motorola One will bring the same two bottom speakers that are present in the regular variant. On the rear of the smartphone, the Motorola One brings a glass finish in counterpart to the aluminum build present in the One Power handset. On the camera department, the smartphone also brings a slight difference, seems that Motorola will be dropping the duo of sensors, in a favor of two independent cameras on the rear, between the sensors we can see a Dual-Tone LED flash.

According to reports, the Motorola One is smaller and thinner than its sibling, pointing to a possible reduction in the display and battery size. Of course, the Motorola One Power, as the name suggests, should bring a complete setup that will allow a long-standing usage, while the One should bring the “Average Joe” setup, to compete with the remaining mainstream devices. Considering that Motorola has scrapped its plans for a Moto X5, the Motorola One could act as a perfect replacement for the midrange smartphone.
