Nokia 6.1 Plus Sold Out Within Three Minutes On Flipkart

Nokia 6.1 Plus

Earlier today, HMD Global organized its first official sale of the Nokia 6.1 Plus in India. This sale happened on Flipkart and the outcome was simply amazing. For starters, this smartphone sold out within three minutes and Flipkart went on to confirm that a whopping 150 units were sold every second. This means that HMD Global sold no less than 27,000 units on Flipkart alone. This is quite great for Nokia considering that the Indian market is quite competitive too. The final sale figure will be released by Nokia but at the time Flipkart exhausted its units, it was still available on the official Nokia website which possibly has more units. Nokia 6.1 Plus comes with a good design, full-screen display, stock Android One but only costs Rs 15,999 ($226).

The Nokia 6.1 Plus has a 5.8-inch Full-HD+ display and is powered by a Snapdragon 636 chip coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is expandable up to a whopping 400GB. This smartphone is equipped with a 5.8-inch FHD+ (2280×1080) display which has a 19:9 aspect ratio and a display notch. In the camera department, a 16M+5MP dual camera setup is available on the rear while for selfies, it sports another 16MP shooter. Its battery capacity is 3060mAh and it supports Quick Charge 3.0. This smartphone is an Android One device. Nokia’s official website lists only the black model for sale while three colour variants – Black, Blue, and White are available on Flipkart’s pre-order page.
