T-Mobile releases OnePlus 6T update with fingerprint improvements and November Security Patch


T-Mobile, one of the US biggest network carriers, is releasing a new update for the OnePlus 6T units that are being commercialized by the carrier. This new update comes with the A6013_34_181029 label and weights a modest amount of 132.3MB. Along with new improvements for specific features, the update includes the latest November Android Security Patch.

The changelog of this update includes some improvements for the Nightscape mode. This is a mode that makes the OnePlus 6T shoot better pictures under night environments or dark conditions. The update also further improves the in-display fingerprint responsiveness.

Worth noting that this update is being rolled out incrementally via OTA channel, so it may take several days to arrive for all T-Mobile OnePlus 6T owners. If you aren’t patient enough, would be a good idea to trying force the update via Settings > System > System update > Check for update menu.
