Chinese manufacturing giant, Huawei, is currently offering a replacement and repair service for only 99 Yuan ($15) and this offer will last until March 5, 2019. The serviceĀ provides an original battery replacement, covering spare parts and labor costs only. This service is available on Huawei’sĀ authorized service centers in China.

Of course, not all Huawei’s models are qualified for this service. However, the company has chosenĀ 59 models which could be fixed at this price within the stipulated period. Smartphones from theĀ Mate series, P series, Honor series, Enjoy series, Maimang series, Nova series are all included and we have some new entries likeĀ Honor Play 6A, Honor Play 6, Play 7X, Play 7A,Ā Play 7, Play 5C, Honor V9, Honor 9, Play 5A, and Play 8C.Ā The replaced battery comes with a warranty.
Li Xiaolong, vice president of Huawei’s mobile phone product said on Weibo thatĀ Huawei does not want its users to switch to the fake batteries sold in the cottage outlets because this affects the safety of the smartphone. In addition, on every weekend, Huawei is offering more discount for insured units. For example, if an insured Mate 10 is fixed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the cost will be only 61 Yuan ($9).
