Huawei isn’t wasting any time rolling out its flagship devices to various markets. The company earlier today launched the Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro in Malaysia and is already preparing for the release of the device in the Indian market. Amazon.in a few days ago published the landing page for the P30 Pro, and while the page only teased the imminent arrival of the device to the India market, the online market place has now updated the page with details like India price and launch date.

According to the landing page, Huawei will launch the Huawei P30 Pro in the country on April 9 in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage options, although details like the pricing and color options have yet to be made known. We are not sure ‘if the base Huawei P30 will launch in the country given that Amazon listing is very specific about the P30 Pro, however, there are speculations the company might only launch the P30 Lite alongside the Pro variant, following the P20 Pro and P20 Lite launch pattern.

The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro are very similar in both designs an internals featuring the same Kirin 980 processor,  with the same EMUI 9.1 based on Android Pie operating system and sport the same curved glass design and gradient colors, however, the P30 Pro is the most premium of the duo – packing a quad camera setup – an improvement over last years P20 Pro comprising of an 8MP telephoto camera with a Periscope lens offers up to 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom and up to a whopping 50x digital zoom.
