OnePlus 7 series to come with UFS 3.0 flash memory


Today, the CEO of OnePlus, Liu Zuohu, confirmed that the OnePlus 7 series will use a UFS 3.0 flash memory. He said that this will give users a faster and smoother experience, especially for gaming enthusiasts. With this memory, the speed of starting and installing large games will be greatly improved, and the waiting time will be greatly shortened.

The OnePlus 7 series is the first smartphones from the company to come with the UFS 3.0 flash memory. According to the technical specifications, the interconnecting layer of UFS 3.0 flash memory has two full-duplex channels. The highest data transmission rate of each channel is up to 11.6Gbps (HS-Gear4), and the dual channel is 23.2Gbps. The conversion is 2.9GB/s.

From what we know so far, the OnePlus 7 will come with a waterdrop display while the OnePlys 7 Pro will upgrade to a 2K resolution screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. While the OnePlus 7 will come with dual rear camera setup, the OnePlus 7 Pro will use a triple rear camera setup (48MP main camera + 8MP telephoto lens + 16MP wide angle lens). The Pro model will have up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB internal storage. It will also use a front pop-up self-timer lens and the battery capacity is 4000mAh (30W fast charge).
