Huawei HiCar can take control of your car

On August 9, 2019, Huawei officially unveiled Huawei HiCar at the Huawei Developers Conference. The Huawei HiCar feature can now be used on Huawei’s latest flagship smartphones. Huawei HiCar can be linked to the car, mobile phone, and watch. You can enjoy the applications (such as music, navigation, etc.) from the mobile phone on the screen of the car.

You can also use the car camera to share scenery videos along the way with your family. Furthermore, with Huawei HiCar, you can check the status of the car in real-time from the mobile phone. It also takes control of the car air conditioners, windows, wiper and even the locks. Actually, only you will have control of your car from your smartphone. When the phone and car link together, the central control screen on the car will display the card options. This includes schedule reminders, destination navigation, music playback, answering calls, and voice assistant functions.

Lovely, hope i can get one soon to try out. Be able to capture scenery along the road during vacation is a fantastic idea.

No doubt it’s clever stuff. However it’s mostly needless. Will not improve society or vehicle operation. Probably end up as something that increases driver distraction.

I just had to repost the above from ( Gvilkas )

The original poster nailed it right on the head , will be another bigger and better distraction while driving , which may likely result in more accidents on the highways across the country
