Since the launch of MIUI 11 last September, Xiaomi has been testing new features and adding some of them. Thus, we have seen, for example, the introduction of an application drawer and shortcuts in the original MIUI launcher, its new tools for students or the HEIC support for the camera application.
Today, we have told you that you have a new advanced screen calibration system that will allow us to make gamma, saturation and even contrast adjustments. Now, we also know that the company has added an equalizer to MiSound. And is testing a function to adjust the volume of the headphones according to the age range you belong to.
MIUI 11 Sound Equalizer
The new MIUI 11 sound equalizer is slowly reaching all devices that have the latest version of the Xiaomi layer. To access it, you must enter Settings> Sound and Vibration> Headphones, provided you have the Mi Sound booster activated and headphones connected.
From there, in addition to selecting the default setting or one of the special presets for each type of music. We can completely adjust the sound profile according to our preferences. And once set, save it with the name you want to be able to select it when appropriate.
In addition, as they have found out in XDA, one of the beta versions of MIUI 11 includes a new function that will allow you to adjust the volume of the headphones according to your age group. There are three options available: up to 30 years. From 30 to 60 years and over 60 years, in addition to a personalized option that offers you the option to make your own volume adjustments.
As we see in the screenshots, once you have selected one of the age groups. You can also adjust the volume levels of the left and right ear separately. And you have the option to test the original sound profile and the sound profile selected.
