Finnish manufacturer, HMD Global, has turned around the fortune of the Nokia brand. Nokia was on the verge of total collapse before HMD bought over the company. Now, the company can boast of flagship, mid-range and even entry-level devices that are doing well in the market. Nokia’s flagship product has been around for some time, and it looks like it may take us longer to see the next-gen flagship product. According to previous reports, the Nokia 9.2 will arrive in the second quarter of 2020. However, the latest information suggests that there may be a delay in the release of this device.

The source, Nokia Anew, claims that Nokia’s flagship product may be postponed to the fall of 2020 (September 2020 to November 2020). The reason for the delay of this smartphone is due to a “replacement of the processor on the Snapdragon 865”.

Previous reports believes that the Nokia 9.2 would use a Snapdragon 855 or 855 Plus chip. However, the latest news indicates that the company is using the Snapdragon 865 to phase out older processors. This is the most likely cause of the delay in its launch. Well, the current source does not have a plethora of leaks to its name. Nevertheless, its prediction on the Nokia 9 PureView will be launch was correct.
