HMD Global is working on a new mid-range smartphone: Nokia 6.3. The smartphone may debut on the market in the second half of the year. There is still some time until the premiere, but today we can talk about the next reliable reports on the technical specification of the upcoming device. Recently, HMD Global has a small problem with the sale of its devices and it is very possible that this will result in a reduction of the models planned to supply the product portfolio. But, don’t be worried about the future of Nokia 6.3, which should hit the consumer market in the second half of the year. Let’s check what we are dealing with.

Gizchina News of the week

Nokia 6.3 will be a mid-range phone and this is no surprise. This is HMD Global’s favorite segment. The first leaks assumed that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 or 675 system will appear in the device, but we have a considerable surprise here. According to the latest rumors, we can count on the presence of Snapdragon 730, which is a higher SoC for better performance.

That’s not everything. Nokia 6.3 can also receive a quadruple main camera system signed with the ZEISS brand. It consists of a 24MP main sensor, 12MP wide-angle and two 2MP modules (macro and depth). The fingerprint reader should be placed on the side of the smartphone. But, what about the rest of the technical specification?

It’s good, even very good, considering we’re talking about a mid-range device. We can find here a Full HD + screen with a 6.2-inch diameter and 20:9 aspect ratio, a USB-C connector, a battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh and even 6 GB RAM. Wi-Fi is naturally b/g/n/ac, while Bluetooth is 5.0. However, we will keep you updated regarding the upcoming leaks of this smartphone.
