Vivo X50 Pro will feature new image stabilization technology

Vivo is gearing up to introduce new smartphones under its Vivo X50 lineup. According to recent reports, these devices are expected as soon as June 1. Today, the company shared a short video to tease a new image stabilization technology coming with the Vivo X50 Pro.

The video clip shows a gimbal-like stabilization with advanced optics that act like the human eye. The lens will rotate in any direction and plane. Interestingly enough, the teaser also confirms the presence of a Quad-Camera array with a dedicated periscope module that will drive the optical zoom capabilities. As usual, this new Vivo handset will come with some premium camera hardware.

According to previous rumors, the new Vivo X50 Pro will feature a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, it is also said to sport a punch-hole solution for the selfie snapper. Unfortunately, details are still scarce about this handset, therefore, we can confirm these alleged specifications. However, more details should keep popping out in the coming days. Thorugh the course of the next week, we believe that Vivo will keep a teaser campaign to build up the hype for this new smartphone series.

Rumors indicate that we will have a Vivo X50, X50E, and X50 Lite and X50 Pro in this lineup. Of course, we’ll have to wait until the event to know which are the devices being revealed on June 1.
