RedmiBook Pro official teaser: To come with a new technology

The official Weibo account of Xiaomi Notebook released a poster today, confirming that RedmiBook Pro will adopt a new technology. In fact, Xiaomi has been teasing the RedmiBook Pro for a couple of days now. One of the messages reads “The feel and texture are all good, and they live up to expectations. This time is really Pro!”. Another reads “The mold you care about most has become the most anticipated look”.

The RedmiBook Pro will come with the latest Intel TigerLake-H35 series processors. This notebook will also use an MX450 independent display with a 2K screen, NVMe solid-state drive, and a USB Type-C interface. Furthermore, this device will support PD protocol charging, Fingerprint unlock, keyboard backlight, new mold metal body, etc. As can be seen from the poster, this notebook will have an HDMI interface.

This upcoming Redmi notebook will be official sometime next month. According to Xiaomi, all its future notebooks will have cameras.

RedmiBook Pro 15/15S with Intel and AMD processors appears on Geekbench

Xiaomi announced that the new RedmiBook Pro 15 will be the first batch of high-performance notebook with the 11th generation Intel Core processor. RedmiBook Pro 15 is a new thin and light product under the Redmi brand. The new product will be official next month. Now, the RedmiBook Pro 15 has made its first appearance on GeekBench.

As can be seen from the screenshots, RedmiBook Pro 15S comes with AMD Ryzen 5 5600H. It will have at least two memory versions – 8GB and 16GB. The models with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H will have at least 16GB of RAM. In addition, the RedmiBook 15 also appeared on GeekBench. We can see that this notebook uses the 11th generation Intel Core i5 11300H and Core i7 11370H chipsets. Both devices have 16GB of RAM.

RedmiBook Pro 14S appears on GeekBench with AMD R5 5700U processor

According to Notebookcheck, the RedmiBook Pro 14S appeared on GeekBench a few weeks ago. The corresponding screenshot shows that our protagonist will sport AMD’s unreleased R5 5700U processor.

As shown in the screenshot above, the R7 5700U in this notebook has 8 cores and 16 threads, clocks at 1.8GHz. It also has an acceleration frequency of 4.34GHz and an 8MB L3 cache. According to previous leaks, the R7 5700U may be the improved version of the R7 4800U. The real Zen 3 architecture model is R7 5800U.
