Back in November 2020, Chinese manufacturer, Honor unveiled the Honor Band 6 in China. This smart band comes with a 249 yuan ($38) price tag and it has been on sale in China. However, yesterday, the company officially announced the release of this device globally. According to Honor, this device will hit the shelves for 50 euros which is roughly $59. The first official sales will commence on March 28th.
The Honor Band is a long series of pretty cheap and durable trackers with portable displays. However, the Honor Band 6 does something different. It adopts a significant change in its design which makes it closer to a smartwatch.
The Honor Band 6 comes with a large 1.47-inch AMOLED screen with up to 64% screen-to-body ratio. This display uses a 2.5D curved glass as well as a side button design. This band also comes with the fourth-generation HUAWEI TreSeen 4.0 heart rate monitoring technology. It supports blood oxygen saturation monitoring, heart health monitoring, HUAWEI TruSleep 2.0 sleep monitoring technology, HUAWEI Trurelax stress butler, and women’s health management.
Furthermore, the Honor Band 6 supports 10 sports modes to meet your daily sports scenes. In addition, it supports automatic recognition of exercise categories, and automatically reminds you if you forget to record during exercise. The Honor Band 6 also has an NFC version, which supports 312 city buses/subways and 100,000+ community access control.

For the first time, the Honor Band 6 uses fast charging technology on the band. According to the company, a five-minute charge will give an average usage tie of two days. This band also uses a magnetic suction type powerful fast charge.
