Oppo Enco Buds Launched In India With 80ms Game Mode, See Price


Oppo Enco Buds has been launched in India with an impressive array of features, top-end specs, and an affordable price tag. The truly wireless earbuds have finally hit the store shelves in the country after floating around the rumor mill for a long time. Even before their launch, the Chinese consumer electronics company had revealed the design and a slew of other key details about the earbuds. Oppo introduced the Enco Buds as an entry-level pair of TWS earbuds that would compete with the likes of Xiaomi, Realme, and OnePlus.

These affordable true wireless earbuds were available globally before arriving in India in an already congested budget audio segment. Earlier reports suggested that the Enco Buds would succeed the Oppo Enco W11 true wireless earbuds. The Enco Buds were finally announced back in April. Although the earbuds do not cost a bomb, they are loaded with amazing features such as IP54 rating and ANC (active noise cancellation). On top of that, they come with a low latency mode to enhance the overall gaming experience.

The earbuds feature Bluetooth v5.2 that offers an impressive range of 10 meters (33 feet). Moreover, they are powered by 8mm dynamic drivers and have a two-layer composite diaphragm. Aside from that, the Enco Buds offer AAC codec support for audio delivery. Its Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity also supports an 80ms low latency mode that enhances its audio delivery. You can activate the latter simply by tapping the earbuds three times. It seems to be better than the low latency mode offered by Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro and the Realme Buds Air 2.

Oppo Enco Buds Launch In India

The earbuds offer what Oppo describes as an AI-driven in-call noise attenuation feature. This feature enhances call audio quality. Furthermore, the earbuds offer touch controls for adjusting playback. In addition to that, they support the company’s Hey Melody companion app for tweaking the quality of audio and playback. The Enco Buds feature a robust battery that delivers a 24 hours cumulative playback time with the charging case. On a full charge, the earbuds are capable of delivering six hours of playback. The earbuds and the charging case can be fully charged together in 2.5 hours.

Price And Availability In India

The Oppo Enco Buds will be going on sale starting from September 14. You will be able to get your hands on these feature-laden earbuds via Flipkart. They will set you back INR 1,999 (about $27). Regrettably, they are available in the sole White color option, according to a Gadgets360 report. However, if you place your order between September 14 and 16, you will be able to get your hands on them for a lowered price of just INR 1,799 (about $24). In other words, the Enco Buds are one of the most inexpensive pairs of earbuds in the country.
