Realme GT Series Phone Spotted On Geekbench, Could Be Realme GT2

A mysterious Realme GT series phone has arrived on Geekbench, just before the lineup goes official in China. The much-awaited Realme GT 2 series smartphones are slated to go official in the company’s home country of China early next year. The popular smartphone manufacturer has already confirmed that one of the GT 2 series models will carry the Realme GT 2 Pro moniker. Aside from the Pro variant, another model has been floating around the rumor mill for quite some time now.

The word on the street is that the Realme GT2 Pro will be available in a base model, a Master Edition, and one that focuses on the camera. To recall, the Pro model arrived on Geekbench and TENAA earlier this month. Aside from that, the Pro model will reportedly come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. Moreover, past leaks suggest that the handset will be carrying model number RMX3300. Now, the company is reportedly gearing up for the imminent arrival of another Realme phone that has model number RMX3310. While nothing is set in stone yet, Nashville Chatter has spotted the phone’s Geekbench listing.

The phone has already passed through TENAA with key details about the processor and cameras. Aside from that, the phone’s charging speed was revealed when it appeared on the 3C certification website. Now, the Geekbench listing of the Realme RMX3310 has surfaced online. This is the same model number that has appeared on other certification websites.

There is a possibility that the phone could launch with the Realme GT2 or the Realme GT Neo2s moniker. As expected, the Geekbench listing divulges some vital information about the purported handset.

According to the Geekbench listing, the Realme RMX3310 will run Android 12 OS with the Realme UI 3.0 on top. Furthermore, the device will ship with 12GB of RAM. Under the hood, the Realme phone will pack a an octa-core processor. Moreover, this chipset will have 4 cores that clock at 1.80 GHz, and 3 cores that clock at 2.42 GHz. In addition to that, the processor will come with a prime core clocked at 2.84 GHz. The phone will use a highly competent Adreno 660 GPU. This could be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G SoC.

Furthermore, the device scored 1125 and 3278 in the single-core and multi-core tests. If previous leaks are anything to go by, the Realme RMX3310 will feature a 6.62-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ (2400×1080 pixels) screen resolution. Aside from that, the phone could come with 8GB/12GB of RAM and offer 128GB/256GB of onboard storage capacity. For optics, the Realme GT series phone will reportedly house three rear-mounted cameras. These include a 50MP main camera, an 8MP (ultra-wide-angle lens), and a 2MP camera.

Upfront, the phone could feature a 16MP shooter for capturing selfies and video calling. Moreover, the phone is likely to have an in-display fingerprint scanner..
