For this series. The latest report from @iceuniverse claims that the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will come with aĀ sapphire glass and a titanium alloy case. This should significantly increase the scratch resistance of the smartwatch.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 supports body temperature detection

According to ETNews, Samsung will add a body temperature detection function to the Galaxy Watch 5 series. This will help detect early signs of COVID-19, fever, etc., as well as track ovulation cycles.Ā At present, there are some smartwatches on the market that support body temperature detection, but this function sometimes has errors. The skin temperature of the wrist can be strongly influenced by external factors such as sunlight. This eventually makes accurate readings from sensors difficult.
