As per the company, the Realme 9i 5G smartphone’s India launch will take place on August 18. However, that didn’t stop details about the handset from popping up on the internet. Now, the Realme 9i 5G smartphone’s front panel has surfaced online courtesy of a noted tipster. Reliable leaker Paras Guglani recently shared an image of the alleged Realme 9i 5G via a tweet. The image gives us a glimpse into the handset’s front design.

Notably, the display houses a water drop notch for the selfie camera. Moreover, the right edge features a power button. It is a Realme 9i variant. To recap, the 9i features a hole-punch cutout on the top left corner of the screen. A past leak suggests that the 5G-enabled handset will come in Black, Golden, and Blue color options. Also, the device could ship with 4GB of RAM. It could offer 64GB and 128GB of onboard storage capacity. A 6GB RAM model could be in the offing as well.

Realme will be hosting a launch event for the 9i 5G smartphone’s India launch on August 18. The event will start at 11:30 am IST. Under the hood, the phone will reportedly pack a MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G SoC. Further, a report by Gadgets360 indicates that the processor has an AnTuTu score of 385,373 points. Lastly, a dedicated microsite for the Realme 9i 5G could go live on the company’s India website in the coming days.
