OnePlus is set to launch its first 100W dual-port flash charger

Today, OnePlus announced that it will launch a 100W dual-port super flash charger for the first time. This charger supports up to 65W PD fast charging protocol. According to reports, the new charger adopts a USB-A + Type-C dual interface design. With this design, the charger can use both ports at the same time. Also, the device supports the longevity version of 100W super flash charging. It also supports 65W PD fast charging protocol. The charger can quickly charge mobile phones, tablets, notebooks and other compatible devices.

In fact, this charger is prepared for the new flagship OnePlus 11 which is set to launch soon. It is officially announced that the new phone will come with a 5000 mAh large battery and a long-life version of 100W super flash charging. According to Oneplus, this charger can gives this device a full charge in just 25 minutes. It can charge up to 50% in 10 minutes.

Not only that, the OnePlus 11 will also be the industry’s first device to support long-term charging protection and ageing battery charging speed-up. It also supports real-time detection of battery status through 13 sensors and a specially customized battery management chip. Li Jie, president of OnePlus China said that charging mobile phones now goes beyond fast. The charging should be safe and long-lasting.

The company also reveals that this device can charge at high speed even in extreme temperatures. OnePlus reveals that at -20°C, the device will still charge normally. For most devices, this device will not even charge. From previous reports, the OnePlus 11 comes with a 6.7-inch 2K screen that supports a resolution of 3216 × 1440. In addition, this mobile phone will also come with a flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It will also come with a triple rear camera setup which has a 48MP main camera. OnePlus 11 will be officially released at 14:30 on January 4.
