So, what explains such a small battery capacity? Well, we are assuming that the phone comes with two cells housed in the halves of the phone. And the battery rating that just leaked states the capacity of one. In other words, 2850mAh might not be the total battery capacity of the Motorola Razr 2023. But do take this info with a grain of salt.
Other than that, the Motorola Razr 2023 will feature 30W fast charging support. So, even if the battery capacity is smaller, you can expect it to charge quickly.
