Today, OnePlus released an official teaser that reveals the build material, the launch date as well as the name of this device. From the poster (in Chinese), the name of this device roughly translates to OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Limited Edition. This device will launch on March 29th and it will use a 3D microcrystalline rock material.
The 3D microcrystalline rock has never been used in the entire mobile phone sector before. This is coming from OnePlus China President, Li Jie This material is brought to the 3Cmobile phone field for the first time with the OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Limited Edition. This means that this is novel material. You must create a new 0 to 1 production line if you want to mass-produce it for mobile phones.
