Apple has made quite an effort in the last few years to separate the regular iPhone models from the Pro phones. But according to recent rumors and leaks, the entire iPhone 15 series might have the same design. That is, the regular and the Plus model may adopt the same design features as the Pro models.

And it is not just about all the phones of the iPhone 15 series getting dynamic Island. One recent report suggests that Apple might make the standard and Plus phones also come with premium glass on the back. The leaks even gave some hints at a brand-new color that might be available for the regular and Plus phones.

iPhone 15 and 15 Plus To Feature Frosted Glass

A Weibo user with the username Setsuna Digital claims that the regular and Plus iPhone 15 models will feature a frosted glass panel on the back. To compare, the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus came with glossy back panels, whereas the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max came with frosted glass.

So, if the Weibo user is making valid claims, the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus could look like the iPhone 14 Pro models. But considering the fact that Apple is notorious for making the Pro models stand out, the 15 Pro models could have a brand new look. There are no clues regarding what change Apple might bring yet.

That said, in a second post, the leaker claimed that Apple would introduce a brand new color for the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus. It would be a “cyan” color, which apparently will be pretty similar to the green color option available for iPhone 12. However, previous rumors suggested that Apple was considering pink and light blue color options. On the other hand, the Pro model has been tipped to feature a dark red option.
