OnePlus will unveil its latest smartphone, the Ace 2 Pro, in China on August 16. The company is generating buzz ahead of the launch by highlighting the phone’s ultra-fast 150W SuperVOOC S charging technology. It claims to be 99% efficient and can fully charge the 5,000mAh battery in just 17 minutes.

Developed in-house, the SuperVOOC S tech is designed to be gentle on the battery. It will have a lifespan of at least four years with 80% capacity retention. The phone will come with a 150W GaN charger and USB C-to-C cable. And the charger is also capable of delivering 45W via USB Power Delivery for other portable devices.
