Design: A Big Highlight For POCO M6

In the budget market, the majority of the phones have plastic build quality. This is done to save costs but the hand-feel is not impressive and does not seem premium. However, the highlight of POCO M6 is that it has a glass rear panel. Hence, users can expect a premium feel from this phone. Moreover, the design does not look cheap at all. It resembles the higher-end Redmi Note 13 Pro series. The phone has a thickness of 8.3mm and weighs 205 grams. Lastly, the phone is available in three colors: Black, Silver and Purple.

Specifications & Features

The POCO M6 comes with a 6.79-inch IPS LCD panel. It offers a FHD+ resolution and 550 nits of brightness. Moreover, it also provides DC dimming, which is a good add-on for a phone in this price range. For a smooth experience, POCO has also added a 90Hz refresh rate.

The POCO M6 brings the Helio G91 Ultra chipset to the performance. Hence, a decent performance can be expected however do note this chip does not support 5G, so the phone is limited to 4G connections only. In the battery segment, the M6 rocks a big  5,030mAh battery with 33W fast charging. POCO M6 comes out of the box with HyperOS based on Android 14 OS. Other features include a side-facing fingerprint sensor for additional security and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
