According to insider reports released by @TechnicalShaan and posted on X, the next Redmi device will be the Redmi Turbo 5. The latest information reveals the major specs of this device, which is expected to hit the public early next year.
A Brand-New Chip from MediaTek
The Redmi Turbo 5 is said to operate on a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chip, though not yet announced. Full specs of this processor are not out yet; it may be an improved version of the Dimensity 8400. That chip is known for being strong in the mid-range category, so it’s likely the 8500 Ultra will follow suit, offering fast performance for gaming, apps, and everyday use. There’s also talk that it could continue with the “all-big core” CPU design, which means faster speeds across the board.
