Motorola’s much-awaited Moto E20 has been floating around the rumor mill and now, it has appeared on Geekbench 5 cross-platform benchmark. The consumer electronics company is gearing up the Moto E30 smartphones, but details about their launch date are still few and far between. Earlier this week, noted tipster Evan Blass shared some renders and specifications of the Moto E20, revealing that the device is codenamed “Aruba.”

Aside from that, Blass shed light on a slew of other details including the display size, battery capacity, and camera specifications. While the rest of the details will be confirmed ahead of the series’ official unveiling, MySmartPrice has spotted the Moto E20 on Geekbench. This Geekbench listing has confirmed some key specs revealed in previous leaks. Furthermore, the Geekbench test result shows that the E20 will come with a 1.6GHz Unisoc processor, paired with 2GB of RAM.

Moto E20 Geekbench Listing Reveals Key Specs

The Geekbench 5 test result shows the phone with the Motorola Aruba moniker. As mentioned earlier, this is Moto E20’s codename. The preliminary benchmark test result shows that the E20 will pack a 1.6GHz octa-core Unisoc chipset under the hood. Moreover, it implies that the device will ship with 2GB of RAM and come running on Android 11 OS out of the box. According to a report from GSM Arena, this could be the Go version. Aside from that, the phone will have a Mali-G57 GPU for superior graphical performance.

The Geekbench 5 test result shows that the smartphone scored 273 points in the single-core test and 712 points in the multi-test. The handset scored 1467 and 4621 points in the single and multi-core test, according to the Geekbench 4 test result. Earlier reports have indicated tha the device will come with a 6.5-inch water-drop notch display that offers an HD+ resolution. Furthermore, it will sport a dual rear camera setup featuring a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera.

Other Previously-Leaked Details

A robust 4000mAh battery will be powering up the entire system. The battery will support 10W charging. Upfront, the phone houses a 5MP selfie camera. On top of that, it will ship with 32GB of onboard storage option and 2GB of RAM. Motorola could bring in a 3GB RAM variant into the market later this year. The phone will feature a microSD card slot that can be used to expand on the built-in storage capacity of the handset. Since leaks surrounding the upcoming smartphone have started surfacing on the web, an official confirmation and unveiling of the device could be just around the corner.
