That now infamous Steve Jobs commemorative Android tablet from China is trying to sweeten the deal with an Ice-cream Sandwich update!The F4S is a mash up of a giant 7 inch iPhone clone, and shady marketing attempt, and now the company behind this ludicrous 7-inch device have updated it to run the latest version of Android.

Under the iPhone 4S appearance and 7-inch capacative screen there is a 1Ghz CPU with 512mb RAM, while this may not be breath taking in this day and age, it should prove to be more than enough to run the Android ICS OS.
