The
iPad 2 has been
available for a few months now, while not long enough for Apple fans around the
globe to get their hands on one of the slim black and white
tablets, it has been more than enough time for the Chinese
clone makers to carve out a
clone. The model here known as the Tpad is an
8 inch Android tablet running 2.2 Froyo on a Rockchips CPU. There's an option of up to 512mb
RAM too, along with a 2 mega-pixel rear facing camera, built in 3G, Wi-fi, Bluetooth, USB 2.0 and a micro
SD card reader.
Also in the
box are the regular wires and chargers, but also included are a
screen protector and a bladder bag!? We're not sure what the bladder bag is for, but it sounds distinctly water proof to
us!
