The WCDMA version of the popular Huawei Ascend P6 receives an official taste of
KitKat with a new
Android 4.4.2
firmware update.
Huawei haven’t pushed the update out to international users of the slim Ascent P6, but the Chinese update designed for the China Unicom WCDMA version of the phone has been tested on international
phones and seems to work well, but be warned this updated will not include Google Apps so you will need to root and reinstall them if you choose to give it a go.
