Meizu have made their intentions clear (those of wanting to take on
mighty Xiaomi) in India with the
launch of the Meizu m3 note in the country.
The phone comes with what has now become typical Meizu - unibody, metal and the very recognisable design. The phone will sell for a very attractive 9,999 INR in India ($150).
To remind you of the specifications, here's what the m3 note has under its hood:
- 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 SoC
- 3GB RAM
- 32GB ROM
- 13 mega-pixel rear camera with PDAF
- 5 mega-pixel front facing camera
- 4100mAh battery
- Fingerprint scanner
- 2.5D curved glass on a 5.5-inch FHD display
What's interesting to note is that the phone was launched for 999 Yuan in China, which is a shade higher than the 9,999 INR selling price in India.
The Meizu m3 note will be sold exclusively via Amazon in India starting 31st May.
