Oppo has taken the wraps off its new ColorOS 7 during the last week. Also during the event, the company shared its intentions of releasing
Oppo Reno 3 in December with 5G connectivity. Now, a new teaser shared by no one else than the company's Vice-President reveals that there's also an
Oppo Reno 3 Pro in development.
Oppo VP Brian Shen, took to
Twitter to share an image of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G. It reveals a curved edge display with a minimalistic bezel on the top. Also, there's no sign of a notch or even punch-hole. Oppo Reno series is traditional for using notches or pop-up cameras. Rumors have been indicating that the standard Reno 3
could ship with a punch-hole solution. However, at least when it comes to the Reno 3 Pro, this teaser suggests that the pop-up camera will make a comeback.
As you may expect, details are really scarce about this new Reno 3 variant. According to Shen, it will feature a glass body with a thickness of 7mm. That's a device that is really thin, but hopefully, Oppo isn't sacrificing the battery capacity to achieve this. Considering how the things flow these days, we know that more details will surface in the coming days for the Reno 3 and its 3 Pro sibling.
