Oppo have really stepped up and are distinguishing themselves as a modern phone maker. Not only have they launch one of the best phones of 2013, but not they have released the Find 5 kernel source code for developers.
According to GPL license agreements, any phone maker using Android on their devices must release the kernel source code which allows developers to create their own roms and mods. Most Chinese manufactures fail to do this (we're looking at you JiaYu) but Chinese phone maker Oppo have.
Any developers wanting to get hold of a copy of the Oppo Find 5 kernel should head over to the official Oppo forums where it can be downloaded.
