Oppo’s Ulike U2S is no
secret but the hardware
specifications have remained a
secret up until today.
The
original Ulike was one of the first phones to
launch with a
high resolution front camea, something which ladies in
Asia love to use white sitting around in the local Starbucks. The new version of the Ulike, named the Ulike U2S improves upon the
original by giving a wider 88 degree lens to the front 5 mega-pixel
camera.
In addition to the
camera updated the screen has been increase to
5.5-inch (1280 x
720) while the body thickness is down to just 9.4mm. Other details include a 1.2Ghz
quad-core CPU from Mediatek, 1GB RAM, 16GB memory, dual SIM support and
Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS.
A firm release date has yet to be announced but pricing is rumoured to be around the 2000 Yuan ($320) mark.
