Team MAD brings Nougat 7.1.1 to the JiaYu S3

Team MAD are well known for being the team that keep the JiaYu S3 constantly updated. As a result, the JiaYu S3 has managed to have timely updates every time a new Android version comes around. This time, they've managed to bring Nougat to the S3, which is shockingly quick.

The update is for the JiaYu S3, S3 Advance, S3 Basic and S3 Pro, all variants of the S3 running thw MTK6752 chipset. It's a fairly light update at 328MB, and it's already available to download from their Facebook page.

We're honestly quite surprised at the speed and consistency of Team MAD and their updates. The JiaYu S3 is a fairly old device, but it's still quite up to date. Along with this, Team MAD has also teased Nougat 7.1.1 for the Vernee Thor, so for updates on that, look here.
