The device is now $50 shipped worldwide. If you've been holding back from buying a budget tablet for yourself, you could consider the Teclast X70.
It comes with an Intel SoFIA Atom X3-C3230 64-bit quad-core processor running at 1.0GHz, but with the capability of going up to 1.2GHz when required. It's not meant to be a powerhouse, and if you tell yourself that when buying the tablet, you likely won't be disappointed.
