$200 Viewsonic RiteTouch Tablet

It seems that Android tablets could really be in for a real change now as prices are dropping while specifications continue to improve.
We have seen many budget tablets over the past few weeks which have had great hardware specs, the latest being this 7-inch tablet from Viewsonic.

The ‘RitePad’ is a 7-inch Android Gingerbread 2.3 tablet with a 1Ghz ARM CPU, 4GB of internal memory, micro SD card reader and HDMI out.

What’s more this little tablet could very well get a taste of Ice-Cream Sandwich, Android 4.0 in the near future!
