New Wind Turbine Plant in Shandong

Creative Wind Energy Co have started a 1.5 billion ($221 million) wind turbine plant in province. The company who already own and operate in Qingdao, Tongliao and Shenyang plan on producing 3 and 5 megawatt turbines in the plant once is completed.
