More Vivo Xplay details emerge including Siri style Vivoice assistant and video


Leaked screenshots show the Vivo Xplay’s Siri style Vivoice personal assistant app in action plus the first promotional video of this extraordinary new phone.

It’s only a matter of days before we get to see the real Vivo Xplay launched and get the full low-down and specifications, will there be anything left to surprise us though? The vast number of leaked images, concepts and reports from sources close to the Xplay project have given us almost every detail from specification to price!

Today pur-ported screenshots from the Vivo Xplay have shown up on Sina’s Weibo service showing a voice assistant software called Vivoice. Whether this is a self developed system or one based on the popular iFlytek service is unknown.

As well as Vivoice another image shows that the Vivo Xplay is currently testing with Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean installed. The image also give us a look at the UI which looks very similar to iOS and a first look at the Xplay’s narrow bezel.

It also appears that the Xplay will feature similar high quality Hi-Fi audio quality as the Vivo X1, with Dolby and DTS audio systems in place.

The Vivo Xplay will feature a 5-inch full HD display quad-core Snapdragon 600 CPU, 2GB RAM, 13 mega-pixel camera and a 3400mAh battery with a price of around 3300 Yuan ($531).

      Its an exaggerated 3D render…
      No bezel, even if possible would become cumbersome after 2 days because you would keep activating the functions on the sides with your palm, just by holding it.

      3400MAh battery looks to be a killer feature. Only if the capacity is real though…
