LeTV launches 50-inch S50 Android to rival Xiaomi TV


Xiaomi has been feeling the force of it’s rivals at each turn today, first Oppo decided to launch the N1 at the same time as the Mi3, and now LeTV unveil their own budget Android smart TV.

LeTV have added the S50, 50-inch Android smart TV to it’s range of Android TV’s today. The new model comes in two versions a 2499 Yuan ($408) non 3D model and 2999 Yuan ($489) glasses free 3D version.

Behind the large LG manufactured display the TV’s use a 1Ghz dual-core processor, have 8GB of built-in storage and run LeTV’s own LeTV Ui2.3. 10,000 units will be up for preorder from 15th October. In comparison Xioami’s TV has a smaller display, but more powerful Snapdragon 600 CPU, but only 3000 untis will be available at launch.

      all chinese TV or android devices have always at least English

        You mean like e.g. the Xiaomi Box which has no English support?
