Freakbox Android TV box now launched for a reduced price of $103

Freakbox, the Rockchip powered Android TV box that developers from the FreakTab community put together is now up for pre-order.

The Freakbox was announced for $149, which made the device quite a bit expensive than similarly spec’d TV boxes from China. However, the devs seem to have realized that and and brought the price down by almost a third, to offer the Freakbox for just $103. Take a look at the specs, and you’ll realize the Freakbox isn’t nearly a bad deal, with all the dev-support that’s going to come your way once you purchase the device.

still waaaay too expensive! because you can buy the latest xiaomi box which supports 4k video output and it has a powerful 2Ghz cpu and gpu and a price tag of ~90$ through international resellers… nope no one will fall for this.
