Nubia plans to unveil their own -first- full screen smartphone soon

It seems that Nubia (ZTE’s sub brand) plans to enter the… full screen display group of manufacturers, with their first completely bezel-less smartphone.

Gizchina News of the week

That’s why they released yesterday on Weibo a first teaser that hints at such a device, showing anĀ outline for a smartphone against a star-filled background. Yes, we cannot see the bottom part of the phone, but given the rest of the phone’s design we can safely assume that we’re expecting their first full-screen Nubia smartphone soon.

Note however that the chinese company is notĀ new to bezel-less designs, as theirĀ Nubia Z17Ā flagship has non-existent side bezels but still uses large parts above and below the display. So far there’s no official info on the phone, its specs or what will be its price tag. If we’re seeing a flagship model then it will be equipped – probably- with the Snapdragon 835 chipset.

There’s so much to wait for, so we will do just that: wait.

Nubia phones are nice, but suck if you want Google services and international support.

i’d have no problem rooting them and getting GApps installed on them !

the price-to-specs ratio is amazing on Nubia, i’d love to buy one when i have the money !

The original Z9 I had was really way ahead of its time.
When it was time to upgrade however, I felt the Z11/Z17 didn’t offer up much more.
I now have the Huawei P10 Plus DualSIM.
