If you have been keeping a close eye on the developments over at Zopo you will have noticed that they are currently updating their phones with some great new updates.
The ZP200 is Zopo’s only glassless 3D Android smartphone, and is actually possibly the cheapest glasses free 3D smartphone on the market which actually rivals some of the more costlier phones from the likes of HTC and LG.
Well it looks like other 3D phone makes are going to have to do some quick thinking as Zopo are currently in the process of revamping the ZP200 with an all new Android ICS based rom, slightly improved design, larger battery and a new name!
The new ZP200 Shining (here’s Johnny?) features a larger 2000 mAh battery to increase usage time and lengthen the Shining’s 3D video playback abilities, while the new rear case has a redesigned camera surround.
Zopo are reporting that the Android ICS rom will be available for both the new and old ZP200 and are currently in beta testing with a launch date scheduled within a few weeks.
