The mobile
phone industry is a fast moving beast, but even we get surprised by the speed new technology gets introduced but today's comments by
Huawei Device chairman
Richard Yu might haven been a little premature.
After successfully launching the largest Android
phone on the planet (but not for long) along with the flagship
Ascend D2 and entry-level W1, Huawei's device chairman has already gone on the record to discuss what the company have planned for the
next generation models!
Talking with Engadget China, Richard Yu, spoke about Huawei's next generation quad-core k3v3 processors based on Cortex A15 architecture and how it would be implemented in the next generation Ascend Mate 2 and Ascend D3!
It's obvious that
Huawei are working on
next generation models, but to basically tell possible customers that the just launched
phones will be outdated soon seems like a bad marketing move in our opinion!
