MIUI celebrates 10 million users with the Miuilove campaign

MIUI have managed to reach another impressive milestone this week. The company now have 10 million MIUI users and to celebrate have created the charitable MIUILove Campaign.

To celebrate reaching 10 million MIUI users Xiaomi have created a special edition MIUILove theme. The theme is free to download, but with each download MIUI will donate 0.10 RMB of its own money to the Smile Angel Foundation based in Beijing who support the China Red Cross Society!

MIUILove Campaign

MIUI has launched the MIUILove Campaign to commemorate our 10 million user milestone!

MIUI has reached this milestone over a course of 850 days and nights, 957,981+ forum posts, 80 senior engineers and 188 weekly updates to the ROM.

MIUI team is amazed and humbled by the recent accomplishment. As a token of thanks, MIUI team has created the MIUILove theme. This theme is free to download and with every download, MIUI will donate 0.10 RMB to the Smile Angel Foundation.
Smile Angel Foundation is a Beijing-based charity supported and managed by the China Red Cross Society. Founded in 2006 by Faye Wong and Li Yapeng, the foundation helps low-income families with children born with cleft lip and palate (CLP) and also aid in providing general children health care.

MIUI itself (pronounced ‘Me – You – I’) is a ROM developed by Xiaomi. It is used for all Xiaomi phones and can be flashed into other Android mobile phones. It is one of the most successful ROMs out there as MIUI takes customizations on Android devices to a whole other level with its limitless themes, wallpapers, icons, lockscreens to choose from. With the MiSpace , it creates another interface for added fun and interaction.
